Legal Question in Employment Law in Connecticut
I received lawsuit compensation from a discrimination suit. The settlement amount was reported in box 7(nonemployee compensation) on a 1099-misc. I feel that it should hav me been reported in box 3. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
