Landlord tenant

Have a tenant-no contract-has a prior felony-not paying rent on time-what are my options for evicting.

We are roomates and I own home

If the tenant/roommate is paying you rent or supposed to, then you do have a contract. Contracts can be written or verbal. If he/she is not paying rent pursuant to the understanding you had, then you can file an eviction action. Go down to the housing court in the town where you live and the clerk will help you fill out he paperwork. (I'm not sure the felony has any relevance)
