Rodents in my apartment

for the 3rd time in 120 days I have mice! Landlord claims it's not his problem.

Has caused my cat to have worms, and I can't sleep

You may have a remedy through the housing court in your district. However, you may need to file a complaint with the department in your municipality which handles housing code violations beforehand.

You should also go down to the housing court and speak to the clerk who can direct you to the appropriate paperwork.
