tenant/landlord forclosed and sold-auction

what are my rights as tenant in a forclosed/sold at auction situation?I rent a trailor on property with two other vacant buildings and the landlords house.he called me and said I might have until March. Help.

Unfortunately, your question is one that is being asked by many tenants caught in the rising foreclosure crisis.

The federal bail-out bill passed in October of 2008 is supposed to provide some relief for some tenants caught in a foreclosure situation. I am not familiar with all of the details but the relief provided does not apply to everyone.

You should try to contact either the lender which foreclosed on your landlord or the lender's attorney who filed the action to see what they will work out with you if anything.
