Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Connecticut
My 2y/o son had a dental procedure done. And after the second visit (while under sedations) it was determined that this procedure should have been done in a hospital setting Operating room and not as an outpatient service as he was a premature baby and would more likely have respiratory issues for life. This could have very well cost my son his life. Is this considered malpractice/negligence. Please let me know. Please note that the second procedure was not done as he stopped breathing a few times and had to be assisted with his breathing
