Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Connecticut

I have been mistreated by an ER doctor

I was at a hospital earlier this month, with a testicular injury, and th recptionist made fun of me when I told her about what hurt.

Then when I saw the ER doctor, she did not call for any scans, she did not examine the swelling.

She rolled her eyes at me when I told her how much it hurt, and she made comments like ''every time a guy gets hit down there, he thinks it is the end of the world.''

When the nurse applied pressure to the swelling, I screamed in pain and the doctor had a mischeivious smirk on her face.

I got no treatment, I only got a painkiller that I have bad reactions to.

I even told her that I did not want the medicine as it causes severe depression and does not actually kill the pain.

I have been to the ER at a different hospital twice now, and I have not gotten any treatment, despite having testicular torsion on the last trip.

I am not getting any medical help, nor am I beaing treated with any dignity and respect. Please help.
