time limit for wrongful death claim

Is it possible for me to file my own wrongful death claim while waiting for an attorney to review my daughters case? The two year time limit is 6/11/07

Your attorney should be aware of the statute of limitations. If he isn't you should remind him. If he forgets and does not file before the statute of limitations expires, you will have two cases to file. An attorney should file the complaint as they are more experienced in framing the issues.
