On a home mortgage must a lender provide a total and complete reinstatement amount or can they keep charging fees (like attorney's fees) after the loan is reinstated?

how do you know the loan was reinstated? what were the circumstances of your default? How long were you in arrears? were you represented by an attorney and did you seek a loan modification? It might be in your best interest to seek a full consultation with an attorney.
