Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Connecticut

Home owerneship

I live in the united states but my property is in Albania. I inherited my house from my father however my older brother refuses to give up the property. i have all the documents stating the owenership of the house but my older brother still refuses to leave the property. He continues to enter and has made many investments such as he built a garage. In this case i don't know what to do because the police are not acting. What do you think I should do?

Hire an Albanian lawyer to evict your brother. His being in the property is going to be governed by Albanian law.

Best of luck! This is going to be a headache to do from overseas.
