I inherited a family beach house and my husband wants to know if he owns 1/2 of my portion of this property(because we are married).his name is not on the deed or any paperwork having to do with this property?

He does not own the property unless you gift him an interest.

If you were to get a divorce, he could make claim to a portion of it.
