Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Connecticut

We need to rent my mothers house and want to get the rentors to be able to rent-own. Are there any law firms out there that can draw up a contract to not only lease but purchase with notary at closing. Because we will not need an agent.

My office handles lease-options all the time. We represent a lot of beginning real estate investors, so we can help you identify the issues under a lease-option contract and also draw up both the lease-option and the Purchase & Sale Agreements.

We handle transactions without real estate agents, such as this one, all time.
