If a city (Bridgeport, Connecitcut) taxes church property or properties does the church have to pay the taxes or back taxes. And if so who specifically is responsible for the payment?

Re: Church & Secular Tax Law
You should have an exemption. However, I would appeal the tax depending on the amount of time that has passed since the assessment. We are currently in the middle of several large tax appeals. Please feel free to contact us for more information.
