inheritance gift

i am married my father wants to give me and brothers a house split 3 ways(money) is my husband entitled to that money if we get a divorce or if i stay married?my father is still living

The money becomes part of the marital estate and therefore your husband would have a right to make a claim against it in the event that you divorce.
