name of institution holding ira

My deceased sister's husband will not tell me the name of the institution holding an ira for which I am named the beneficiary of this account. How can I get this information?

If he has opened an estate in the probate court for her, the probate judge will probably make him tell you. Otherwise, you'll have to sue him.
