Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Delaware

Minor Privacy

My son has 4 charges and the school has suspended him for 5 days, they state that the Attorney General's office just sent them the information. My question is does the Attorney General's office just send this information to the school or does it have to be requested from the school?

Re: Minor Privacy

you need to include a lot more information. What are the charges? how does the school fit into it? When were the charges brought? Was there a hearing? what is the status of the charges?

Please send better information so we can come up with an answer that helps you.
