Business fraud file
What would the consequences be if a person got charged with Fraud on a Business file in the credit card industry? They approved an account that wasn't supposed to be approved.

you could be charged with theft, a felony if amount graeter than $1000. My firm has done criminal defense work since 1978. If you have no prior record we can work out plea, pay restitution avoid jail. Call us if you wish Ed Pankowski
