Legal Question in Criminal Law in Delaware
If you hire an attorney and then find out that he has represented the co-defendent in the past is that a conflict of interest?

It very well might be, but I would need to know more about the facts before I could say for sure. Even if the lawyer has a conflict, it may be one which you and/or your co-defendant can waive.
