about to months ago i had a friend over my apartment they asked to use my car i said yes. so come to find out they went to blockbuster and stole some video games. police called me told me what happen ask me where i was at the time the incident occured. i told them what happen, and that i let a friend use the car. so they asked who used the car i gave a false name cause im not ratting on my friend. so today 5/3/2009 a officer shows up at apartment door says the name that i gave was incorrect and if i dont give up the real person or say i did it ( which i didnt ) he will stop me from renewing my registartion n tag on my car, and possibally suspend my licences. can he do this without taking me to court first?

he is threatening your license to get you to reval the correct name. You should do so or you will get arrested for Hindering Prosecution. We have been doing criminal defense in Delaware since 1978. Ed Pankowski
