Legal Question in Criminal Law in Delaware
police questioning
I am suspected of misappropriating funds and the police wish to question me. Should I do this without an attorney present? I have not been charged.

NO. You have the right to remain silent. Nothing you tell the police can be used for you in a court of law.
In addition to invoking your right to remain silent you should also get yourself an attorney. In this case one licensed in Delaware.
