Legal Question in Criminal Law in Delaware
Probation rights
Can probation search my house without a wriiten warrant or search warrant for my son who no longer stays here for a VOP? I never signed anything. plus vop is for the fact that he got released from jail to early,and now they say he needs to go back to work release for a year,and when he found that out from probation offfice he never went back to work release. they came to my house being rude to me.

When he was placed on probation he signed an agreement which enables Probation and Parole officers to do administrative searches without a search warrant. We have been doing criminal defense in Delaware since 1978. Call us if you need representation. Ed Pankowski
