theft at work
accused of stealing 7k admitted to 00 dollars only gave me a week to pay will I be aressted how can I fight not true

If your employer reports you to police, agree to give truthful statement to police. If police think there is enough probable cause to arrest you, you can't stop the arrest process. After hopefully unsecure bail is set, 1st step is preliminary hearing when you need attorney. Fell free to call, I have ben criminal defense attorney here since 1978. Best wishes! Ed Pankowski
