Gaurdianship

if a 14 year old agrees to a petition for guadianship for an Aunt and Uncle. what bearing does that have on the courts decision to grant gaudianship? What do you need to prove to be awarded gaurdianship if mother and daughter can't seem to get along, but mother won't grant gaurdianship to aunt and uncle?
