Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Delaware
I have a civil judgement filed against me that I just found out about by a pre employment credit check it is two months old and I was never served any papers. It is a debt that I do owe but they filed for a ridiculously higher amount of money and won a default judgement. I need help in figuring out how I fight this. Can it still be settled?
