Legal Question in Immigration Law in Delaware
immigration/deportation
Who can I turn to when the INS keeps giving e the run around. My husband was deported in 2001 he's still not here. We've even been to the Embassy in South America. They claim that over the past 5 years we havent shown sufficient evidence of our marriage, but that's not true. We've sent in pictures, holiday cards, hundreds of western union receipts, phone records, and more. Please help!!!!!

There is a procedure needed to be followed to deal with this type of case. Is your I-130 approved? Did you apply for the 601 waiver at the consulate?
