Broker and Good Faith Check

I recently sold my business and the broker was representing both parties I the seller and the buyer. But Broker would not give me ''good faith'' deposit check in the amount of 50,000 dollar. Any legal advices?

Hire an attorney and have him investigate the deal; it may be a sham transaction.
