If you quit and walk out can your former employer make you come back and sign a general release forms saying that I'm not in possesion of there property? and if so do you have to sign it in there office or can you have them fax over the information?

Re: On the Job
Nobody can ever "make" you "come back in" or make you "sign" anything. They can ask and you can refuse or you can agree. As to which choice is better, that would require more facts.
