court dates

if you are arrested and charged with 1st degree murder and the evidence the police have against you can not be used and you are scheduled for court 3 diffrent times in 1 month and in neither one do they tell you anything they just keep moving it to a diffrent date what does it mean

The government has nine months to indict a first degree murder. It's hard to say because your information isn't clear. But the grand jury is probably still investigating. The only reason you keep going to court is to let the Court know how far along the goverment is in getting an indictment. It doesn't really mean anything.
