my firend and i was at adam morgan and we were outside of club talking to people and onwer called the police on my friend bc he was being kind of disrespectful when police cme they ask us for i d and check to see if we had warrant but we did and told us to leave of adams morgon but no one said that we was doing anything wrong can they do that kick you off a street for no reason

Your question answers itself. While the police cannot kick you off a street for no reason, the danger is that they will think of a reason that a court buys.

Ask yourself whether arguing with cop is worth sitting in jail, hiring a lawyer, and possibly more jail, even if you are right. Pick your battles, because the best trial is one you do not have to have.
