Another question pertaining to nude photos

What would the worst case senario be?

What is most likely if the person was

underage - if one photo was sent but no

face was on the picture? If convicted

do you go to prison?

Of course sex is different than sending a photo. I was just letting you know that mistake of age or the minors consent is not a defense. But as you know these internet crimes ae being prosecuted more and more. No one can tell you if you will go to jail, there are so many variables that go into a judges decision of whether you will actually go to jail. You can be charged with a misdemeanor or a felony - that is up to the prosecutors. I'm not sure why you keep pointing out that there was no face on the picture. (Unless you are thinking about a defense) If you are being investigated for this - you need a lawyer right away. Do not speak to the police without a lawyer.
