Rosary from rear view mirror

Is it illegal to have a rosary hanging from your rear view mirror? Isn't that an infringement amongst our constitutional rights? (freedom of religion, freedom of speech)

It's a traffic offense. You can get a ticket.

If it impedes the driver's view out the window, then yes, it is a ticketable offense punishable by a fine. Freedom of religion/speech is not infinite.
