Legal Question in Civil Litigation in District of Columbia
I am repreenting my self in the appeals court.
I have a case in the appeals court. The district judge dismissed my case. The judge stated even though I was able to prove prime facia, she staed i did not prove the defendant's stated reason was a pretext. However, I did show that the defendant's stated 2 different reason as to why I was denied a promotuion. They stated one reason to the EEO Investigator in there sworn Affidavits, and they stated a totally different reason to the agency eeo counsel. Why did the judge allow that? The judge also denied me a chance for discovery as well.
