hi. I am currently dependent on my parents visa. So as my two younger brother. now we are waiting for our green card. we are currently waiting for priority date. but today my younger brother was arrested for theft charge. He is currently 16. Is it going to affect our process for our green card. Please let me know thank you,.

Yes, it could affect your brother's adjustment of status petition but only if he's convicted of this CIMT offense (crime involving moral turpitude).
