Breaking commercial lease:
I am a florida corporation with a no personal guarantee commercial lease of Five years, have already completed 14 months of that period and cannot afford to be open anymore. I am losing around 15,000 a month being open want to close the buisness down. what are my options

Hello. With no personal guarantees, the sole remedy of the landlord would be to sue your corporation. If your corporation has assets and value, then a judgment against the corporation would be potentially collectible. If the corporation is closing down and has no value, then a suit against the corporation may not be a huge issue for you.
