Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida
My neighbor is renting the home from his sister. They haev a verbal lease. She is very vindictive and trying to get him evicted for personal reasons. She turned his water off and trying to get his utitilties shut off. Is this legal in the state of florida? He is also disabled.
