Legal Question in Disability Law in Florida

I live in Florida at a condominium complex. I have a designated parking space that came with my unit purchase that is a long walk from my unit. I am now disabled and have a Florida disabled parking placard. May I use one of the designated handicap parking spaces near my unit at the complex for overnight parking?

I can't think of a reason why not.... It seems so unlikely that there is a condo assn rule against residents parking outside of their designated parking spot but inside of common/guest spots or handicapped spots. Perhaps you should read the condo assn rules, but I think it would be just downright strange to not allow a disabled resident to use a handicapped parking space.... probably not even in compliance with the ADA and FL statutes.
