Legal Question in Disability Law in Florida

I am a renter of a residential dwelling unit in a condominium building which has no accessible parking spaces in their parking lot. I have a handicap parking permit, however the condo board will not accommodate my request for an accessible parking space. They claim all spaces are already assigned, and that they do not provide visitor spaces or accessible handicap spaces. My lease indeed includes one parking space, however it is the furthest one from the elevator. Can I file an official complaint somewhere? How much time are they allowed to keep giving me the run around?
