Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Florida
Court Case ordered to pay Attorney fees and costs
I do not work and have been ordered by the courts to pay the opposing attorney fees and costs which I don't have. I owned a house, but signed quit claim deed over 13 months ago to relatives. Will I have a problem putting this into a bankruptcy with FLorida Law?

You should be successful. You should try to amass sufficient funds to retain bankruptcy counsel.
