In chapter 13 if I want to sell my home which is exempt and build a home on 2.3 acres which is also exempt property,is it necessary to get approval from the judge?

If your property is designated as exempt and no objections are raised you can sell your homestead and purchase another homestead. That is the easy answer. But title companies and other problems jump up.
