Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Florida
Student Loans regarding bankruptcy.
At the time of my Chap 7 bankruptcy I may not have included all student loans on the bankruptcy. One of the loans at the time of the bankruptcy may or may not have been deliquent. The Department of Education was informed of the bankruptcy by the Middle District Florida Court. All of the student loans may not have been listed. Can I add that student loan to my bankruptcy now to my list of debts. The loan was origionated before the time of the bankruptcy.

Student loans are not discharged by a Chapter 7, so I am not understanding why you are asking about adding them in.
