Acceptance of payment
We are in a dispute with our condo board signing a easement agreement that our attorney say's can only be signed by owners, not Board. The Board is trying to get us to accept funds from this agreement. We are waiting for our attorney's legal opinion. We have made it clear in writing we are not accepting funds until our lawyer has time to advice us. They are going to mail checks to us.
Unless we sign and cash check it is not acceptance? correct?
