Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
Business law - product liability
If I operate an online business selling toys and party favors for children, am I liable if a child chokes on a toy or is harmed in some way by it? Or does this liability rest on the manufacturer? Is there insurance for this?

Anyone hurt will most likely sue up the chain of companies. If possible, have the manufacturer enter into an agreement with you wherein they agree to indemnify you.
