Car Repair Problem
I got a tire rotation and oil change and when leaving the dealership, the front left tire flew off while driving and my truck was damaged.. The dealership did not put on the lug nuts! What can I do to assure I am compensated?

Re: Car Repair Problem
You should report it to the dealership, send a letter of confirmation, and see if they will make the repairs at their expense. If not, you should hire a lawyer to send them a demand letter or take them to small claims court yourself. If you would like to call my office for a consultation please do.
