Re: Use of other company name
There is the doctrine of "Fair Use"; however since the consequences of wrongful use could be severe, I would not attempt to answer this very specific question on line.

NOTE: This communication is not intended as and should not be interpreted as legal advice. Rather, it is intended solely as a general discussion of legal principles. You should not rely on or take action based on this communication without first presenting ALL relevant details to a competent attorney in your jurisdiction and then receiving the attorney's individualized advice for you. By reading the "Response" to your question or comment, you agree that the opinion expressed is not intended to, nor does it, create any attorney-client relationship, nor does it constitute legal advice to any person reviewing such information, nor will it be considered an attorney-client privileged communication. If you do not agree, then stop right here, and do not read any further.
Without more information it is impossible to answer this question as it relies on extremely specific facts. You should consult a local attorney to discuss this further.

Re: Use of other company name
You have a right to use another company's name in comparisons. However, you cannot use it deceptively so that others think they are you and you cannot use it improperly. The best thing to do before using it is to see an attorney. If you would like to call my office, I would be pleased to speak with you and consider a consultation.
