Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
I had a contract with an English publisher who stiffed me out of my royalties and investment. Would my complaint fall within the jurisdiction of the Federal courts? If I obtain a judgment against the English publisher can I attach his American income? He is selling more than 100 books in the US for which he receives substantial income.

Unless a provision in the contract prevents such legal action, a complaint may be
filed in a Federal court involving a foreign corporation and a judgment will allow you
to lien and levy income or other property.
