Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
I did sub contract work for a larger company they paided some of invoices now they refuse to pay what can be done with out it costing me more money

I need more information, please. Are these your company's invoices that remain unpaid or are these invoices by other subs (etc.) which you typically pass on to the contractor, who in turn submits the invoices to the owner or adds them to the flat fee (fixed fee) agreement the contractor has with the owner? Also, what is the total amount you believe is owed? Depending on your answers here, you may well have many options available to you such as a construction lien, an action in small claims, and (very importantly) a complaint to the Construction Industry Licensing Board (that's when the CILB says "jump" and the contractor says "How High).
