Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
one of my customers recently entered into a trade show, when they did they used my corparate name and billing address, now I am being billed for the show by the cost related to the show, also at this event this person used a trademarked product name and called it his own. What if any recourse do I have?

Ultimately, if you can't resolve it, a business attorney would have to advise to bring a legal action against them for damages.
