Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
i have experienced a breach of contract after i sold my small business and the buyer has put a stop payment of the checks given to me for the remainder monthly payments. the buyer has signed and agreed to pay all payments but is now assuming that i had a bad business and not enough clients and i said i had.
