failing business
I started a business with a so called friend, She has all the loans in her name. We have an s corp. The business failed. I never signed anything saying I was responsible for 50 of the debt. Can I be held liable?

You should not be personally liable for a corporate debt unless you personally guaranteed the debt. Would be happy to discuss further with you if necessary.
