Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
My father owns a small business in Ohio. It seems there is a problem between him, his company, and the IRS. His lawyer has recommended he transfer all assets of the company into an LLC in my brother and I name. Something about this does not seem right, what kind of risk would I put my family in if I chose to go the route my father is suggesting?

Sounds like a fraudulent transfer that will end up in litigation. Need more information.
