Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
florida problem
I recently signed a lease agreement with my buisness partner for an empty lot, which we are now trying to terminate only after speaking to the county it turns out the lot is not up to code for the county, they are saying that we have to have a permanent structure built on the property. We had only planned on having a trailor. The lease states it is for a mobile trailor, not a permanent structure. is the lease still valid? And who is responsible for putting the permanent structure there? The total in upgrades is over $15,000 which we have to have done before getting any permits for the property
